Medium sized business so opportunity to get involved in lots of different areas of the business to gain experience. Can be an amazing place to work and it's very vibrant when sales are bouyant. Great perks and benefits.

Could be more structured and have better communication. Needs clearer goals and career paths for employees.

Autonomy of work. Some amazing colleagues.

The "family run company" outlook is skin deep. Short term decision making leading to job losses. Exceptionally low salaries compared to industry - I was told my pay was average for comparable roles, but was about £10k below. Some quite old fashioned values (sexism). No job progression at all.
