Could be better - Window Technician Shine Window Care Employee Review

I had the pleasure of working with Shine Window Care, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience. There is nothing I would change.

Being a crew leader was much the same as being a tech. You arrive a bit earlier to load the trucks and make sure everything is set for all the jobs during the day. You get quite a lot of freedom on the job (driving the truck, listening to music) and management is helpful if there are ever any issues. Keep a positive attitude and this is a great job. Also sometimes customers give tips.

Customers can be rude, not often but sometimes. The pay setup for Crew Leaders is commission, which is a good setup. But you have to pay out your technicians daily pay from your commission. This keeps the tech and crew lead at odds with each other. If they both get commission, or both get hourly, it would work much better/ease the stress.
