Culture was great, people were usually a big plus, pay was above average for sales. Warm leads at times. Got to work in an office instead of having to drive directly to homes.
Cons
Long hours especially at the end of the month. Management that wasn't helpful at times. Often felt like they chased money and didn't care as much about the customers. Lots of pressure, especially to hit sales goals.
