Greedy, Incompetent and Sexist - Anonymous employee Shine Solar Employee Review

At first this place seems great, until you realize their is a huge lack in communication and no processes put in place. They weigh you down with tons of tasks and duties and have no idea what you actually do. They are greedy and will screw you out of money. Their "non corporate" attitude is just code for "I have no idea how to manage people". They will speak to you like you are an idiot and they constantly seek "positive" attitudes but fail to see the distinction between actual problems and negativity.
