I've had the best experience working here over the last 4 + years! One of the biggest reasons I enjoy this company is the amount of opportunity for growth and career advancement. Being fully remote provides an excellent work-life balance and allows me to be productive while maintaining flexibility. I also love that the company is woman-founded, which contributes to a supportive, inclusive, and empowering culture. The overall environment is incredibly positive and uplifting. I I really appreciate the new uncapped commission structure because it's really attainable and I know my expectations for the full year. There's generally there is good work life balance, and the team is really friendly and supportive.

Just like any remote environment, you have to put yourself out there to make connections on the team. Sometimes you have to work outside of business hours but I appreciate flexible Fridays to make up that time.
