1. Work-life balance: work from 8:30am until 5:30pm, no need to work overtime 2. Location: the company is located on the MRT Taipei Main Station, saving lots of time to commute. 3. Training resources: the company provides various sorts of training courses for entry employees, whose seniority are three years below, and supervisors encourage them to participate. 4. Transparency of the rotation policy: the company welcomes anyone who is willing to apply for different jobs within the company.
Cons
1. Bureaucratic culture: it seems to happen mostly in old companies. 2. Lack of flexibility for employee compensation (non-supervisors). 3. Lengthy and worthless decision making processes. 4. The employees are less creativities and innovations.
