      Pros

      Job stability- They do not hire and fire at whim. Great work ethics- Very ethical practice, rooted in rich values Japanese- For people who like Japanese culture

      Cons

      Japanese Language- You will be surrounded by Japanese language on a day to day basis. Can be a hurdle if you do not speak it. Tradition & Pyramidal- Very hierarchical organization. My boss was progressive and open. Other teams were not.

      Team will change depending on project. Mood of team and workload will depend on management, which changes often.
