The two founders of Shilo People have set a mission to change the way HR is viewed within organisations. They are striving to build and lead the next generation of HR consultants to take organisations into the next decade of work. Having joined Shilo a few months ago the candidate experience has been fantastic. The head of talent really cares about ensuring that your onboarding experience is a great one. Between the three leads behind the Shilo People brand they are walking their talk every step of the way ensuring consultants are onboarded in a swift and easy manner, to coaching on development needs and approaching everything they do with kindness, openness and integrity.
My journey with the team at Shilo is one that I have not experienced before and I believe it is their approach to how they choose to run their business and build the skillset of their HR consultants that really allows one to bring their full self to the role.
Cons
No cons, just the usual start up journey for the Shilo People team. The great thing is that they are always open to feedback and look to the consultants for advise on areas for improvement.
