      Fun and friendly co-workers. Mostly nice clients.

      Cons

      The work atmosphere here at Shilo Inns is toxic because of our problematic supervisors. Most of the leaders here act like tyrants who abuse and harass employees. They’re rude and disrespectful toward housekeepers like me, and they often humiliate and yell at us, which shows just how toxic these people are.

      Pros

      Not many cranky customers. Most guests tipped well. You can usually predict when a rush would happen.

      Cons

      You were suppose to be full time but the management expected you out by Noon even if the last customers to leave, left a hour after closing. Pay was really low and the manager would make you do more than required.
