Everyone knows what they are doing.

The service market is a tough market to be in.

In my 20 year career I've never worked at a place that values their employees as much as here. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and eager to ensure the company succeeds. The incentives to do so are fantastic. The culture is warm and familial, and that starts from the very top! Upper management (including top executives) all have their doors open ready to chat if you need to. I've worked at places that made me feel like just another number. That's not the case here. As with any new company, there are always growing pains. We've experienced our share. And I'm sure there will be more. But at the end of the day, if you stick around and put in the work, any position here can be very rewarding.

The company is split into a few locations, which is about the only con I can think of. I don't always get to see everyone. But really...is that even a con? It just means there's growth happening!
