The owners seem to prioritize their financial interests and gain investor funding over the well-being of their employees. There appears to be a lack of attention to the management team, which includes close family members and associates. Despite my two years of employment, I have not witnessed the CEO providing clear direction, priorities, or goals for the team, leaving us without a sense of direction and cohesion.
