There is no sense of communication , team work, appreciation or a feeling of being valued. There seems to be a culture set, at this office, that if you stay past office hours it’s “cool” . When in reality, upper management that stay late, smokes cigarettes all night while lower level employees are working away. Shiftpixy promotes theirselves as a human resource management coMpany that wants to deliver change but internally Shiftpixy does not practice what they preach. Everything goes through one management , and everything MUST funnel through this process , which I get but It’s impossible for anyone to want to grow or take initiative because you’ll just get shut down or ignored. If you aren’t in the group of YES MEN /smoking buddies, then good luck.
