Pros

You'll quickly learn what a kind of company to avoid next time.

Cons

If you ever end up working here, brace yourself, it’s an awful experience from start to finish. The CEO acts more like a narcissistic salesman than a leader, constantly manipulating both employees and customers to protect his image. He preaches about culture and values, but behind the scenes, it’s all about control and fear. Time off is basically forbidden, and even though they claim to offer flexibility, you’ll quickly learn that every minute you’re not working is questioned. Every call, every task, every move is monitored. If you speak up or fall out of favor, you’ll suddenly find yourself on a so-called improvement plan. The whole place runs on dishonesty and disrespect, and it’s clear the CEO has no genuine concern for anyone but himself.

Pros

My co-trainees and I started full of excitement and hope. For many of us, it was our very first job, and we were eager to prove ourselves. Though everything fell apart later, I'm grateful for the friends I made and for learning just how cruel the real world can be.

Cons

- Every promise made was a complete lie. Good pay, balance, and a fun workplace were nothing but bait to lure us in. - We were misled from the very beginning, fed with false hope and empty words. - The company used our excitement and inexperience as a weapon against us, exploiting every ounce of effort we gave. - Unrealistic deadlines were thrown at us without mercy, and long hours became the norm. - Exhaustion, frustration, and constant pressure filled every day until enthusiasm turned into pure resentment. - The leadership and CEO showed no care for employees-only greed, control, and self-interest. - Working here was not an opportunity; it was a brutal lesson in how far a company will go to take advantage of its people.
