      Flexible time-off policy. Supportive co-workers. Overall good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Lack of career growth within the company. High turnover rate. Unreasonable performance review and constructive feedback. Management doesn't know how to evaluate employee's true skill set.

      Great company while it lasted

      Cons

      Acquired several times now. Got absorbed in a not-so-pleasant way. Nothing got better, only worse. Very sad.

      - Amazing team - dedicated to what they do - continuously learning, growing, and challenging one another. - Incredibly Flexible Culture - company truly cares about work-life balance and offers so many perks including unlimited vacation so that you can truly enjoy your time away from your desk. - Progressive Company but yet keeps a small, family feel. You aren't just a number, everyone knows eachother and are all working towards the same goals. - Lots of work from home flexibility.

      - Not many. I have been with the company for many years and consider everyone my second family!
