      Unlimited vacation; Christmas Office closure; Company paid certification exams; Excellent work-life balance; Great people overall who are ready to support/assist; Some travel opportunities depending on projects

      Lower salary for the experience/qualifications; Remote employees are rarely promoted; Busy managers, making it hard to meet regularly and get feedback; Constructive project/performance feedback isn't often shared with employee or manager; Performance reviews aren't as structured/constructive as they should be

      Great company while it lasted

      Cons

      Acquired several times now. Got absorbed in a not-so-pleasant way. Nothing got better, only worse. Very sad.

      - Amazing team - dedicated to what they do - continuously learning, growing, and challenging one another. - Incredibly Flexible Culture - company truly cares about work-life balance and offers so many perks including unlimited vacation so that you can truly enjoy your time away from your desk. - Progressive Company but yet keeps a small, family feel. You aren't just a number, everyone knows eachother and are all working towards the same goals. - Lots of work from home flexibility.

      - Not many. I have been with the company for many years and consider everyone my second family!
