Pros
Only the colleges here are good. Note - Some colleagues are good. The ppl close to the management are just snakes and there are some who especially from the boys who would secretly tell management about you or spread gossip about you to get in good grades of the management. They give false bg review saying things like you have poor performance even when you have gotten an increment recently just to ruin you new opportunity.
Cons
Worst company ever. Toxic culture. You will feel suffocated. The management especially the HR dept ( it's not even a dept only 2 ppl) is the worst. If you ever say anything against HR they will target you and will make an issue about the smallest of things and will make you miserable. They do not want to give away control which delays work, everything should go through the CEO and she sits in her fantasy land saying she is busy which will delay work and then they will blame you saying because of you the work is delayed. Even if you have to just make minor header footer changes you have to wait for days and this delay will also be blamed on you. The HR ppl keep an eye on all your movements and then they report it to the CEO and then the CEO will tell at you for inefficiency, loss of man hours when they don't even have projects to work on. They have also installed a screen where the management team sits displaying the CCTV footage to monitor all the employees. Even if you don't have work you should not use your phones as the man hours are wasted. They will not leave you even when you leave the organisation they purposely try to sabotage your new job by giving false background review. Pettiest ppl ever. Can't even wish ppl well. They don't give mandatory public holidays like 1 May and if the mgmt wants to plan trips they will suddenly declare it is a holiday and you have to compensate for it by working on 2/4 Saturday. If a sudden holiday is declared they will make you work on 2/4 Saturday. You cannot plan any trips cause you don't know when you 2/4 Saturday leave will be cancelled. Very biased.. the HR is biased towards boys. Even the office aunty / boys do not last here because they treat them like servants. The salary they offer is a joke in the name of industry standards. And employees were forced to write good reviews on the platforms by the HR. She did not leave them until they wrote good about the company. ONLY WORK HERE IF YOU WANT MENTAL TRAUMA
