A crying shame - Anonymous employee Shield Guarding Employee Review

There used to be pros until topsgroup india took over.

a corrupt company with corrupted owners and senior management, My current site have just lost the contract with shield and everyone couldn't be happier! I used to like shield until an Indian company Topsgroup took over now they are running the company into the ground. They have lost contracts to BIG nationwide clients including the gerkin and capita symonds now they are currently in a state were they cannot even pay staff on time and are using them because they have no work. The uniform they give us is a joke ! The receptionist side is more third impressions other than first. Hes currently got his family running the business because there is literally no commitment from ANY STAFF or ANY CLIENTS! worst company I have ever worked for and wouldn't recommend to nobody. The company show no loyalty to any staff and couldn't care about them. they lie and are corrupted. currently in the process of gaining my pension back due to no contribution's for 6months. !

They gave me full time site Monday to Friday

I worked for them 6 week in that time my first pay was late Also the manager tald me to stop going on about my pay as it frustrating him . In all the time I worked for them never once came out to see me how I was settling on and no contract or uniform given I have been offered an other job else where new company so I recent never given any notice with sheald .. The manager threatens me then bye text to dock my jananry wage I tald him iv spoken to acas they they can only dock wage is contract was signed I never had one if they dock anything other than tax insurance I can take get legal support to get all my money owing the manager states he can dock money and he's gos on to state let HR make decisions on it This company please people take note don't go through what I went through stay away
