The mid level management is a mess, disorganised, condescending and they won't listen to feedback. There's a good chance that the job you're hired for won't be where you end up. This business is being built up to sell and puts more focus on building a corporate environment that looks good on paper than a nuturing one that retains good people. I genuinely suffered working here and would dread going to work, would not recommend it to anyone. My only regret is not taking them to a tribunal.
