      Pros

      The technology is more mature and capable than competitors. The team leadership has assembled is impressive. I appreciated that the interview process was not "easy."

      Cons

      If you are looking for a 10/80 defense contractor schedule where everything is predictable and leaders are sort of looking to just do more of the same, Shield AI is not for you.

      Pros

      Hard to think of any at the moment. Free snacks in the DC office?

      Cons

      Terrible career mobility, low reward for effort, insane sales targets, unreasonable and arrogant mid-level managers and low morale all round. Management team from Cisco has brought all the downsides of Big Corporate with none of the upsides or security.
