Have been employed by Sherwoods for nearly 2 years in the People Services Dept. It's a great place to work where you are always busy and no two days are the same. The Directors and Managers are lovely people and always have time to listen to you even though there are nearly 200 people employed there.
Great family atmosphere when in the office, everyone is always willing to help one another. Fair pay, and you are made to feel appreciated which from personal experience is rare at a work place. Opportunities to progress and do what is best for you as an individual seems to be encouraged, which I think is brilliant.
