Pros

Not what I expected but I think "Ok" pay for an entry position.

Cons

Have a lot of figuring out to do on your own as a new employee. They literally want you to lick a customer's butt just so the company can make money. They choose money over whether or not things are going right at the very basic store level. At least in the store or the district I work at. Sales calls on the store level is really a bad idea.

Pros

Leadership training, flexible schedule if your store has the necessary staffing, 401k match

Cons

If you don't have staffing then you are required to work weekends consistently, Sales calls requirements keep getting higher and higher, incompetent corporate leadership. Pay is based on 44 hours worked weekly for assistants(48 for Store managers; leaves room for less work/life balance
