-If you get a good crew, store culture can be positive -Uncle Sherwin is not as stingy on their budget compared to some other competitors
Cons
-High Turnover rate -Store Culture can be aggressive -Retail staff is treated like bottom feeders, and they let you know that -No one really wants to be there. Everybody in the lower end of the company got their because of a lack of better options or lack of motivation
