Pros
They really take care of you on a transfer. I've worked for this company 21 years and have loved it those years.
Cons
The difference form working in the West Coast and now the East Cost is very disappointing. This is not the same company here. The amount of service hours used to staff a 3 million store is 8 to 10%. For the first time I have seen in several stores that phones have to go unanswered and task are put off for days due to the understaffing. It saddens and stresses me.
