1. Stock prices/401K benefits 2. Team building events 3. Accrued vacation for years of service 4. Yearly bonus is pretty decent (A % of your salary based on performance of the group you are in and company-wide goals) 5. "Early Release" from work the last work day before a national holiday
Cons
1. High turnover 2. Constant reorganization 3. Creative/innovative ideas/initiatives get shot down constantly 4. Lack of training, especially for management 5. When training is provided, it is a waste of time because when you try to implement what you have learned in your everyday work, it gets challenged because you are doing something different (See #3 above) 6. Impossible to get a promotion in a R&D position due to the endless approvals needed from an appointed "board" of people in managerial positions (most of whom don't even know you) 7. Low pay for the industry
