Where to begin. Since the change in leadership at the top the culture has transformed to one of do more with less tools and profits above ALL ELSE. Also focus has shifted to Lowes being the priority so we are left at the store level with no product to sell for months now and trucks that don't arrive on time. Then have to deliver news of a price increase to customers that we have been servicing poorly because of this. Upper management acts as if it business as usual pushing new initiatives weekly.
