      Decent workload, predictable tasks, flexible days off.

      Cons

      Little to no technical innovation in IT. Rinse repeat with hardware. At the time IT management was a political minefield if you worked for the wrong manager and needed something from another team.

      very flexible with hours and understanding that school came first. Jeff, the founder is a great guy to work with and has a good personality.

      Cons

      some of the employees are very scatterbrained
