- The company is growing like crazy. They're expanding and bringing in efficiencies.
- I have personally seen people get promoted to other jobs and other departments while I've been here, so I know there are opportunities for growth and promotion.
- I love the open door way that everyone, even the managers work. Even the CEO keeps his door open almost all of the time and is always welcoming to talk.

- There's a lot to be done, so truthfully if you expect to just fly under the radar, this isn't for you.
- Some people bring their drama to work which wastes management's time on ridiculous things.
