Great people, fast moving, making a difference and helping people travel seamlessly. Lots of area to grow your career at sherpa° and tailor the role to your career interests.

As with all scale ups, can be hectic and disorganised at times,

Pros

There may once have been a genuinely good idea

Cons

It's done. There was initially a real vision for making travel easier. Now they just rinse users who dont know better for service fees on things they could easily do themselves. Its a shame in a way, but there was never any real commitment to innovate behind the scenes. Now they're in a spiral where they can't get any funding because the product is bad and they cant afford the engineers to save the product. It suits my situation to be here but i donk know how i am, they have layoffs every quarter, im just preparing for it in april.
