Pros
great managment, great communication from teh top to the bottom. well compensated, great training program. hire well qualified people unlike some other companies.
Cons
there is a lot of traveling, very long hours and although you are well compensated (car, gas, interent, phone reimbursement) you are still away from home a lot.
