No work management, if you are a Business developer you can also work in graphics. no basic facilities, no AC in employees cabin but in CEO cabin. No holidays provided if we take a leave salary will deducted, HR is a toy of CEO, He treated employees as slave. we will work on 90s laptops with full of hanging, but need high quality output, we cannot expect any salary hike, allowance or bonus, no basic celebrations even for onam/xmas/new yr. after this review sherji hr will create more than 10 reviews to override this review

On-Site opportunities, work life balance, great environment to work with. Enjoyed the work culture during my tenure with Sherji Technologies. Everyone in the company was equally respected despite their seniority or role.

The compromise one has to make is to work as per the Client time zone. The compensation monitoring needs to be more effective. Otherwise people will lose enthusiasm.
