Good lads n hours were flexible

Some managers are underqualified for the jobs they are doing

Used to be a good firm to work for

Used to be a decent place to work till the new management came in. They overwork you, expect you to cut corners as long as you keep on top of the workload, they overproduce stock that they don’t have space for, then just expect you to deal with it and find space for 100+ pallets, all while trying to clear the lines that don’t stop firing pallets out and load the endless stream of wagons. Then you start getting told off cos the housekeeping is falling behind. End up working through your unpaid dinner break when it’s gets busy because the yard gets backed up with wagons if you don’t and then you get told off for that too. No help from management.Just a thankless job and a generally dire place to work 💩 only consider a job here if you are happy being a replaceable drone
