      Cons

      Growing pains. With so much focus on growing inpatient services and growth of overall services, company doesn’t focus on how to continue to serve existing outpatient patients at same level.

      Pros

      Tight knit group of healthcare professionals that work together to provide the best care for patients. They cared very much and always worked hard (& paid extra money) to ensure the whole hospital is well staffed.

      Cons

      For me, it’s a long drive. Besides that, I had no complaints.
