Great for Patients/Clients, Not so Much for Employees - Volunteer Services Coordinator Shepherd Center Employee Review

Hi, Thank you for sharing your comments. Over the past three years, we have conducted numerous compensation assessments resulting in organization-wide fair and equitable pay adjustments. You state "minorities are paid properly," so that's slightly confusing. Over the past year, we've realized a positive impact as a result of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council efforts. And we're looking forward to assessing the results of our currently active employee survey to continue our efforts in maintaining and encouraging a culture of employee engagement and satisfaction.
