Pros
Center wide, I quickly became aware of the strong work ethics and quality of care that matched my own standards perfectly. The level of commitment from all of staff makes the work environment very pleasurable. Knowing that all staff members can be counted on any given day makes me confident in my abilities to help provide the highest quality of care. Shepherd Center really cares about it's employees and there is no shortage of making sure you and your work is recognized. Often times we are shown just how much our work is appreciated by the center catering lunches for us, given tickets to see local professional sporting events, and hand written cards from our leadership.
Cons
No real cons to the work environment. I recommend making sure you give yourself the opportunity to take time off as needed. It is always encouraged around here.
