      Pros

      The ESOP is a huge win, assuming you make it there long enough to benefit from it. The benefits package is really good as well.

      Cons

      From experience, and in my opinion, this company is littered with nepotism. I do not believe this is fault of the President, but rather those that he has entrusted to guide the ship.

      Pros

      You don't just feel like an employee there, you feel like family! Every is committed to care and customer service within in the walls of the office buildings and on the show floors! Shepard truly cares about their people, rather you're a customer, vendor, or employee!

      Cons

      None to be spoken of! Every place of work has it's issues. No one is completely satisfied with all things, but when the good greatly outweighs any bad; good is the only thing spoken of!
