      Pros

      Worst company to work for hands down. Senior executive managers above my position were non college educated and assigned their position without merit.

      Cons

      Promises to adapt change and include new management staff while in the end allowing general management to hire friends and family instead of utilizing existing experienced staff for growth and stability.

      Pros

      You don't just feel like an employee there, you feel like family! Every is committed to care and customer service within in the walls of the office buildings and on the show floors! Shepard truly cares about their people, rather you're a customer, vendor, or employee!

      Cons

      None to be spoken of! Every place of work has it's issues. No one is completely satisfied with all things, but when the good greatly outweighs any bad; good is the only thing spoken of!
