      Nothing much i can think of

      Cons

      CEO treats employees with bias, those that he likes can do anything they want. No progression. Unhygienic, toilets are smelly, pantry are filled with expired leftovers, drawer/cupboard still has unwanted items of previous employees. High turnover rate, about 80%, the 20% are those that are planning to retire here. Does not allow employees to go lunch together.

      Low salary, HR do not give you time to think when they offer you a job, passive aggressive boss who does not care about employee at all, work colleagues have their own cliques hard to integrate in basically

      Easy to enter, will be assigned may different duties, so on the other hand there's many things to learn in the beginning.

      Cons

      Very Poor HR management, in fact there's no proper HR.
