      Very lenient when it comes to needing time off. Or leaving work early. Because they don’t have to pay you lol

      Pros

      Friendly staff and co-workers. I get a lot of autonomy in my job.

      Cons

      Pay is competitive. Benefits are good but we pay 40% of health insurance premium. Although the plan we have is very good.

      Dog friendly Good benefit package (when I was in charge of it) Pizza lunches on Fridays

      Cons

      The CEO is a salesperson and relied on consultants to help him run the business. The advice they provided was often outdated. Family drama was brought to the workplace and, due to my position, I found myself in the middle of a lot of it. It was extremely unprofessional.
