Strange place overall. Family firm lead by the President at one end of the office and his daughter at the other end. There is little cooperation and communication around the office and no real team feeling, and the high turnover rate reflects this. Personally, I feel I was hired on promises that were never fulfilled and was just brought on to clean up a pre-existing mess and once I did so was essentially discarded.
