      • Friendly residents • Beautiful landscape and there are always so many animals around • Coworkers are just as nice • Good benefits and PTO is super easy to schedule • You are able to be home before 7pm and are able to maintain a work/life balance

      • I feel like we get under paid for the hard work that we do

      Creative job Fun with Residents Build relationships with Residents and families

      Cons

      Sometimes work after normal hours due to activity scheduling Cafes do not open on weekends Always need a "plan B" for each activity dependig on residents status for the day
