      Good Pay,Nice Residents,Good Enviroment. extra benefits

      Cons

      No security, employment at will, they terminate easily, and promise bonus, but it seems they dont always follow through,Part time only,no full time,Many co workers do not like mgmt and will say so, This creates negative attitude. they dont keep employees long.

      • Friendly residents • Beautiful landscape and there are always so many animals around • Coworkers are just as nice • Good benefits and PTO is super easy to schedule • You are able to be home before 7pm and are able to maintain a work/life balance

      • I feel like we get under paid for the hard work that we do
