Pros

The Residents are wonderful ..Shell points has over 1000 employees that helps Lee County. They give yearly raises 2-3% (twenty-five cents) The residents give out $500/$250 Full/part time employees Xmas time its not a seasonal just as busy July as Jan. From health care to hospitality to maintenance, house-keeping etc. lots of jobs

Cons

It never closes so working All holidays are a must.Lots of longs shifts 10:30 -7pm hiring start off low wages. Yearly reviews are not compensated $$$ Supervisor work 45+hrs.

• Friendly residents • Beautiful landscape and there are always so many animals around • Coworkers are just as nice • Good benefits and PTO is super easy to schedule • You are able to be home before 7pm and are able to maintain a work/life balance

Cons

• I feel like we get under paid for the hard work that we do
