      Pleasant working environment. Work culture is based on trust and empowerment. Focus is more on valued jobs than the administrative.

      Cons

      Career progression is based on vacancies, therefore going up the ladder may be a bit slow unless you are part of the talent pool where your career progression may be fast tracked.

      - Too much politics and tend to slow initiatives - Hard to challenge leadership trends (decisions are made on the top, do not challenge) - New technologies take too much time to deliver (massive organization)
