As an employee, you don't really have a voice, if you try to flag anything that does not fit with the management's narrative you are quickly moved on through technicalities.. The management operates a click culture, HR in particular is part of the management click. Your career is at the mercy of your line manager's whim. Shell Energy has limited career opportunities.
