      Pros

      I have been with ShelfGenie over the past 2 years and have seen witnessed the transformation changes the executive team is instilling within the office and the franchise system. To get to where we need to be, we're always striving to find the right people with an entrepreneurial spirit. This also means the acceptance of change, creating innovative solutions and demand the best out of everyone to be bought into this culture.

      Cons

      Change as always is not for everyone and the demands may not always be receptive to everyone, hence natural turnover.

      Pros

      Management is great! Very supportive and lots of resources to improve sales techniques.

      Cons

      Not enough leads or poor leads that aren't qualified. Also, price. ShelfGenie is very expensive compared to competitors. You have to put quite a bit of work in for 10% commission. Also, there is a wide area so LOTS of driving with no compensation for mileage, gas or tolls.
