      Pros

      Good pay. They'll give you the responsibility you can handle which will lead to great opportunities for advancement. I've learned more in this job than all others combined. Shelco's top management really cares about their employees and it shows.

      Cons

      Not Shelco specific. The construction industry does not allow for an every-day 9-5 , but Shelco's pay reflects the hours put in.

      Pros

      Perfect Size- small enough company to have your work matter and your voice be heard. Large enough to work on significant size projects in the community. Stability- Shelco has been established in the community for over 40 years and has the agility to work on a divers set of projects at any given time. Local - almost no travel out of town for projects Good Values- Shelco treats everyone fairly, will not take advantage of anyone large or small

      Cons

      Some administrative processes are slow to change, but bring up a solution and it will always be considered.
