Pros
Most of the staff are really nice to work with.
Cons
Where to begin. Completely agree with all the comments made on here. Such a strange, toxic environment. - Weird decisions made by upper management, hiring people in high-up positions without the credentials and then firing them unceremoniously when realising they can't do the job they're expecting them to be able to do - Only certain members of the team allowed to be on camera - if you don't fit their aesthetic, they'll let you know! - Such a glaringly obvious lack of diversity - Everyone is completely overworked - get ready to see people crying in the toilets - The content co-ords NEVER go home on time - SO many last-minute changes late in the day, so everyone has to rush around trying to fix something that shouldn't have been approved in the first place - The editors are all experienced and great at what they do, yet for some reason they are made to report into a team made up of people who have NO editorial experience... - If you raise any issues, they're not going to get solved. Not a supportive enviroment - No career progression, unless you're already high up, then somehow you'll keep getting a better title - Rude comments made by the highest people behind other team member's backs, which is really unprofessional
