      Pros

      Some intelligent and kind people across all departments. Products are really taking off. Great benefits. Rapid growth and there are always new and exciting projects to work on.

      Cons

      A couple of E-staff create and enable a toxic work environment. People who underperform get kept on and promoted while people who work hard and (over) perform do not get recognized. Company tries too hard to promote a culture they are not.

      Pros

      Great people, excellent culture, and strong benefits. The tech team is lean but collaborative, dedicated, and extremely high performing. The leadership team is data-driven and consistently makes well-reasoned choices.

      Cons

      I sometimes wish the leadership team had more dedicated time together to align and stay at a higher, more strategic level.
