Poor leadership, lack of transparency, failure to follow through on promises, too many "chiefs" delegating everything down, high school hierarchy/clique within the organization, doomed to fail in 18 months or less. If you aren't in the inner circle then prepare to walk on eggshells. No accountability or advocacy. They prefer to keep poor workers who don't speak up rather than hard workers who voice opinions about necessary change.
