      Toxic work place/bad management! - Account Manager Shedul Employee Review

      Pros

      The office space is great as you can go off to other departments and do your own thing.

      Cons

      It was difficult to focus on work when you were surrounded by negative vibes. You'd just turn up to work and unintentionally spend the day listening to others on how miserable and unhappy everyone was. They encourage a flexible working life, create your own day-to-day structure but you ARE micro managed. Management provide no motivation - they just rinse their employees for their hard work. No employee perks at all - if 1 can of cider every Friday counts? Just a dull environment.

      Pros

      - Fast growing start-up environment that is always evolving so you are constantly learning new things -Amazing support from Commercial Director (Roisin) who I learnt so much from in my time working in the company and who always made me feel like a valued team member. - Encouraging environment where AM's are given the trust to work autonomously, so this is definitely a great place to work if you are driven and a self-starter - You get to see your suggestions and recommendations come to fruition, due to the tight knit structure of the company, which is pretty cool - The potential for personal growth is huge - Good salaries and perks (including meals in the Shard!) - Passionate CEO

      Cons

      Communication could be better, but it's a vibrant fast paced start up environment so to be expected at this stage
